How long does it take for order delivery?
Usually, it takes 4-5 days for us to get everything ready to ship out. Please allow 7-10 business days for trucking company delivery. In the event of out-of-stock items, we will contact you for reasonable design alternative, or approximate restocking time for your consideration. We will try our best to fulfill your order, Stock availability changes every day, so it is a good idea for you to confirm your order as soon as possible. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Yes. Insides of the cabinets are finished to match color of the door.

What type of drawer glides are used?
Drawer glides vary from, steel, with Under mount, full extension, soft closing features, to epoxy coated, metal side mount depending on cabinet style. Please refer to our Resource Center for specifics on each cabinet.

Yes, our glass frame cabinets come with glass. Glass styles vary. Please indicate your selection when ordering.

We are doing our best to stock the most popular styles. We will have new every once in a while. We can't customize the styles.

The Cabinet boxes are ½” Plywood. The fronts are Solid wood, we don't use any melamine, particle board or MDF.

We ship all of our cabinets by freight. They are packed individually on a pallet and delivered to your door. You will receive a call as to when to expect delivery.

Cabinets are packaged unassembled in a box or assembled with reinforced cardboard for their protection.

Are the doors, drawers, cabinet packaged in the same pack?
Yes. When you purchase a cabinet you will receive all of the needed items for its construction.
Some upgraded drawers are shipped separately if you order unassembled cabinets.

Toe kick is needed for all base cabinets, Skins, panels & fillers may be needed, depends on your layout.

Assembly & Installation
How hard is it to assemble these cabinets?
All of our cabinets are very easy to assemble. No previous experience is required.
A wall cabinet takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble, while a base cabinet should take 10-15.
Naturally the first few cabinets may take longer, but once you get the hang of it, the rest will be a breeze. Go to our resource center “How to Install”

Shipping Questions
How do I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment at any given time and get an updated delivery date and time.
Remember that sometimes it takes the carrier’s system up to 24 hours to update, so if you just received your tracking number it may not be available for tracking immediately.
